Choose the sheet and tab
Paste a standard Google Sheets sharing link or a published link. Use the worksheet tab ID when you want a specific tab.
Google Sheets integration
Turn the fields in an accessible Google Sheet into a checked table and a read-only API. Add other sources when you need a more complete result.
Gatherow reads a shared or published sheet without a Google sign-in. It does not change sharing permissions. Private-sheet OAuth is not available; keep sensitive sheets private and use an appropriate file export instead.
Paste a standard Google Sheets sharing link or a published link. Use the worksheet tab ID when you want a specific tab.
Inspect the sample and field types. The first row supplies the column names. Choose the fields you want to keep.
Select and rename columns, add matching data or calculations, then review the result before publishing an API.
A sheet can be a starting point
A customer sheet can provide names and regions, while a report provides orders and amounts. Choose a customer ID to connect the records and decide which fields should reach the final API.
| Customer | Region | Orders | Total |
|---|---|---|---|
| Juniper Studio | North | 12 | €1,840 |
| Forma Supply | West | 8 | €960 |
| Daybreak Co. | North | 15 | €2,250 |
Before you connect
The link connector requires a sheet that is already accessible without signing in. There is no Google OAuth connection for private sheets. You can upload an authorized export without changing the original sheet’s access.
No. The connector collects data. Table cleanup, calculations and API settings apply in Gatherow and do not modify the original sheet.
Gatherow retains the last valid collected data and exposes collection status. Published results include freshness information so consumers can understand the snapshot they receive.
A little less copy. A lot more clarity.
Connect a source, choose the fields that matter, and see what comes together.
